About this opportunity

Key Responsibilities Monitor and track performance to budgeted goals and/or targets established for the department. Provide KPI results to management on a daily basis. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for container yard by providing productivity targets, associated manning requirements and improvements. Initiate discussions with employees who are in breach of company policies and communicate breaches of policy to the Superintendent on duty for resolution.
