Position Summary The Site Manager in Training (SMIT) program is a structured development initiative designed to prepare the selected candidate for future Site Manager roles within the organization. Over a one-to-two-year period, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across key operational areas —Safety, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service—while receiving mentorship and formal training to build both technical and leadership capabilities.
