Job Description What's the opportunity? As Operations Agent you will be a member of the Third Party Demands Team. You will be responsible for Third Party investigations or escalations at first point of contact for all RBC products. You will effectively analyze files and take ownership and accountability to resolve requests, applying judgment in making decisions.
