About this opportunity

The Oracle HCM Functional Analyst will provide functional support for RB Global’s HR systems, with a focus on understanding business processes, supporting day-to-day HR needs, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, data, and standards. The role will partner with the People team, business stakeholders, HR technology, vendors, and QA teams to understand requirements, assess impacts, support enhancements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
