About the job

The Director, Corporate Development will be responsible for originating and nurturing long term relationships with two key segments: (i) Large corporate entities that own discreet software businesses, and (ii) business intermediaries (i.e. brokers, advisors) that represent software companies. The role will report directly to the VP, Corporate Development. The role will initially be supported by one additional person to support in research and contacting prospects.
