About the job

Purpose: To lead and direct Energy Management and Sustainability for the site to achieve AbbVie Corporate and site goals. To develop, manage & execute projects within the Strategic Initiatives Group. To define scope of projects, identify technical solutions and build business cases to support funding decisions. To ensure continual compliance with the policies relating to Personnel, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Finance.
