This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Consultant to join our global Total Reward & Performance team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders such as Finance, Payroll, Sales Operations and People Teams to implement Total Reward best practice on an international scale. You will support Avaloq’s global reward and performance processes through high-quality analysis, reporting and operational reward support.
