About the job
The Paralegal role is a key position responsible for supporting and safeguarding the Group’s legal and compliance activities, working closely with the Group’s various support departments and all affiliates. This position reports directly to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Main Responsibilities Corporate and M&A Support Provide corporate housekeeping and support to Group entities, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
