Job Details: Main responsibilities The role of the team leader is to support the Facility manager through effective supervision of people, equipment and processes on a Facility whilst carrying out first class Poultry Stockmanship. The Team Leader position drives positive behaviours and procedures through the Team Members. A team Leader needs to demonstrate a high standard of animal husbandry including knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity.
