About this opportunity

We are currently looking for a Leveraged Finance lawyer to join our Leveraged Finance team in London. Our leveraged finance lawyers will work on a broad mix of transactions for our clients, including debt financing for public and private M&A, refinancings, recapitalisations and strategic investments.
