About this opportunity

The SEND PfA Lead will lead and embed a high-quality Preparation for Adulthood (PfA) approach across the local area. They will ensure PfA is consistently reflected in education practice, EHCP processes and multi-agency working. They will lead work to build capacity in schools and partner services so that PfA outcomes are meaningful and implemented in practice, and act as a key advocate for PfA across education, health, social care and employment pathways.
