About this opportunity

As a member of the Claim Operations Leadership team within the P&C Operations team, this role will support the Claims Analyst Function with managerial responsibility for and oversight of the SBS Claim Analysts, have technical claims management capabilities to support the Claims Analysts and to manage their own claim caseload and to contribute to key initiatives to enhance the claims service proposition and promote efficiency.
