About this opportunity

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will: Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair activities on EV charging infrastructure. Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime. Support customers and clients by providing professional technical assistance. Undertake fault-finding, repairs, and component replacement activities. Manage stock levels and order replacement parts as required. Complete service documentation and daily worksheets accurately.
