The manufacturing function is responsible for activities related to the operation and production of goods while achieving speed, quality, and cost targets. The Machine Shop area oversees and assures the set up and operation of all standard machines, recommends design changes in equipment, material and/or procedures as needed. Prioritizes and maintains work schedules based on production deadlines and ensures deadlines are met.
