ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to e-commerce, private appointments, pre-orders and product knowledge through FreshDesk and phone calls. Daily update, edit, cancel, and create orders based on customer requests (including a daily scan of high priority issues that come up on Saturday and Sunday). · Complete returns and issues refunds to customers each day. · Inform customers of out of stock items.
