Location: Region 3 Health Centers Assigned Health Centers: Chicago Heights ( 2 locations), Kankakee, Danville, Peoria ( not active) Salary Range: $80,000–$115,000 annually Travel: Approximately 50% travel within assigned region Work Location: This position may be based out of one health center within Region 3, with travel to other regional health centers as needed.
