About This Position The Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer plays a key role in ensuring the safety and security of City facilities. This position is responsible for monitoring access control systems, CCTV, and alarms, responding to incidents, and serving as the central point of contact during each shift. The SOC Officer coordinates with law enforcement, dispatches response teams, documents incidents, and provides guidance and training to security personnel.
