POSITION OVERVIEW The Director, Market Access Pricing and Strategy plays a critical role in preparing Bicara Therapeutics for the commercial launch of its lead asset, ficerafusp alfa (FICERA). Reporting to the SVP, Market Access, this role owns the development of Bicara's U.S. pricing strategy — shaping the payer value proposition, contracting approach, and reimbursement strategy — and applies evidence based outcomes and analog insights to inform pricing decisions.
