About this role We're looking for a hands-on Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager to build from the ground up and own the full lifecycle of patient communications — from the moment someone considers enrolling, through their ongoing care, through re-engagement if they disconnect from care. Lifecycle communications are one of the highest-leverage tools we have to sustain relationships with our patients, and today that program is in its early innings.
