Your Role & Responsibilities Job Summary: Inform customers of unit prices, shipping details, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer after the placement of the original order. Check delivery tickets for changes or mistakes. Submit completed BOLs to the appropriate CSR; create millrun BOLs Perform order double checks. Performs all duties in strict accordance of company safety and environmental policies.
