DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, evaluates, plans, and tests C4ISR hardware, software and systems. Performs complex C4ISR hardware/software/systems development and design work. Performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Plans upgrades for hardware and software and designs systems enhancements. Develops documentation on new or existing systems. Develops and conducts tests to ensure hardware/software/systems meet documented user requirements.
