About this opportunity

What You’ll Do: The Land Development Specialist manages and supports the land acquisition and land development activities. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Land Acquisition, responsibilities include financial analysis models for asset acquisition, market research, the coordination and administration of contracts, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
