Job Summary: The Community Organizer for Youth Programs provides support, mentorship and organizing to Chinatown CDC’s youth to be leaders for their community. Under the supervision of the Youth Development Supervisor, the Community Organizer will facilitate staff activities/events such as youth leadership development meetings, intergeneration bonding, special youth projects and events.
