About this opportunity

Position Summary On a flexible, as-needed basis, provides clinical services to all residents residing at Communities of Christian Living Communities (CLC). These services will include skilled nursing, assisted living, and/or rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation Flex Team Members are exempt from a multiple-shift requirement, and are encouraged to cover needs at multiple sites as they are able.
