Job Description: Schedule: Option 1: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM Option 2: 4 days per week, 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM (workdays set by team need) A Typical Day: 3–4 member visits per day, Location & Travel: Based in Suffolk County. You’ll occasionally work outside Suffolk to cover backup or unexpected needs. We go where our members are. Apx 95% of visits are in members’ homes. Others happen wherever the member is comfortable, such as a library, coffee shop or outdoors.
