What You Will Do Support payroll, inventory control, and cost accounting activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assist with weekly payroll processing, including payroll reconciliations, employee pay adjustments, and timekeeping accuracy improvements. Analyze labor, material, and inventory data by reconciling employee hours, reviewing material usage variances, performing trend analysis, and identifying root causes.
