Tax Manager – Comfort Systems USA ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and assist with the Company’s quarterly and annual income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including the effective tax rate, deferred tax accounts, uncertain tax positions, and related tax accounting matters. Assist with preparation and review of tax-related disclosures included in the Company’s Form 10-Q and Form 10-K.
