THE ROLE Cruva is the operating system for brands selling on TikTok Shop. We work with 1,400+ DTC brands, from multi-seven-figure to nine-figure operations, running their affiliate programs, creator relationships, sample seeding, payouts, and GMV attribution at scale. We are doing multi-millions in ARR, profitable, bootstrapped, and growing several-fold in 2026. This is Cruva's first dedicated marketing hire, reporting directly to our CEO, Sebastian.
