About this opportunity

This position assists the company and Insurance Department in evaluating and proposing timely resolutions to general insurance claims such as General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto Liability and USL&H for the CSX Captive. Responsible for overseeing and managing third Party Administrator (TPA) on all claim matters. In addition, this position will be required to work with Risk Management and Legal on complicated and/or litigated matters.
