Mechanic Repairman for Public Transit Salary: 32.19 hourly This position is located in the Maintenance Division of Metro Transit. Essential Job Functions: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical failures major and minor on buses, Para transit vehicles, cars, trucks and other standard or heavy equipment. Responsible for performing preventable maintenance inspections and repairs and the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, air systems and hydraulics.
