BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Works alongside the Manager, Outpatient Pharmacy Services to oversee operations of the health-system’s specialty pharmacy. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations including workflow duties, staff scheduling, day-to-day operations, financial management, licensure, and regulatory responsibility when applicable, and personnel management.
