About this opportunity

The Network Specialist works directly under immediate direction of the IS Director or Deputy Director/Network Coordinator. Network Specialist is responsible for performing technical assistance and support to end users for computer systems, hardware, software, and related technology services. This position is responsible for responding to service requests, identifying and resolving routine technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
