THE OPPORTUNITY Hedge is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our medical malpractice practice. You will combine retail-agency relationships, healthcare risk judgment, placement craft, and relentless follow-through to produce durable revenue across physicians, allied health, healthcare facilities, behavioral health, senior care, and complex healthcare services. COMPENSATION AND UPSIDE Target OTE is $500K.
