About the job

This role follows a 3rd shift schedule, working from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with designated days off on Saturday & Sunday. The Sanitation Lead is responsible for providing oversight of the sanitation team for their specific shift for the cleaning and sanitizing of food assembly and storage areas and non-food handling areas (i.e. break rooms, locker rooms).
