About this opportunity

The Director of Operations is a key member of Kofile’s Operations Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the operational teams that deliver both Digital and Preservation services. The Director will be responsible for all aspects of operational delivery including meeting productivity goals, managing to deadlines, quality, capacity planning, partner coordination, continuous improvement, and financial results.
