About this opportunity

We're looking for a driven, experienced business development leader to build and own Lemonade's multifamily residential channel. You will be responsible for securing strategic relationships with property management companies, asset owners, proptech platforms, and HOA management firms — driving national distribution of Lemonade's renters insurance products at scale. Multifamily is one of Lemonade's highest-leverage growth channels, and this is a foundational hire to lead it.
