About this opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst to help build and strengthen compliance processes across Lemonade's growing portfolio of P&C insurance products. You'll sit within our Compliance team, supporting leaders and partnering with Insurance Operations and Product to monitor existing processes, stand up new ones, and make sure we're operating compliantly across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet — in an increasingly complex state regulatory environment.
