POSITION / PURPOSE: Senior Tenant Coordinator is responsible for working directly with VP Tenant Coordination in coordinating all tenant activities as they relate to the construction and build-out of tenant space. PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES: Track all tenant information from initial letter of intent through payment of tenant allowance after tenant opens. Work with Leasing Department and Tenant during Lease negotiation Review tenant drawings, material submittals, etc.
