We're building a sales team that wins, and we're looking for the leaders who'll make it happen. As a First Line Manager at Lio, you're a true player-coach. You build, coach and lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives, and when a big deal is on the line, you're right there in the room helping close it. You don't chase a quota of your own. You own your team's number, and the goal is ambitious: hit the target together, then double it.
