ABOUT THE ROLE Luma is looking for a Growth Marketer to own the systems and experiences that turn interest into customers, and customers into more engaged, higher-value customers. You'll own the full conversion journey across our website, landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and retention. You'll be responsible for understanding where people get stuck, figuring out what will move them, and building the programs and experiences that make it happen.
