SUMMARY At Magnolia, the Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for directing and training associates in the completion of daily tasks according to the standard operating procedures for receipt, quality inspection, inventory management, and fulfillment. This position works from the Magnolia Warehouse in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Operations Assistant Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.
