About this opportunity

Description MEMX is searching for a Market Operations Analyst to join our US Team. The primary focus of this role is customer service, being the first point of contact for exchange members, ensuring timely responses and ticket logging for all interactions. Other responsibilities include the monitoring and troubleshooting of the exchange. The team identifies and mitigates operational risks and attends to members' requests.
