Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Execute the Mets’ organizational hitting philosophy and implement individualized hitting development plans. Utilize relevant technology (Blast Motion, Trackman, HitTrax, high-speed video, Hawk-Eye, Kinatrax) to monitor progress and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with Performance, Baseball Analytics, and Baseball Systems staff to integrate physical, mental, and skill development.
