About this opportunity

Job Summary: As the day-to-day partner, the HRBA serves as a consultant to management and employees on Human Resource and related business. The Human Resources Business Advisor is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the human resources department within a Business Unit. This role will support employees primarily in United States and Mexico. The role will be reporting directly to the HR Director.
