Job Description: Under the leadership of the department director and assistant director the Home Health Aide is responsible for providing nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Home Health Aide will be assigned patients homes or facilities providing personal care such as bathing, showering, oral care, pericare, taking vital signs, and some light housekeeping.
