About the job
As a Skip Trace Specialist, you will locate customers and collateral using various investigative (skip tracing) techniques. All duties and tasks must be completed by adhering to FDCPA and CFPB regulations. Manages a repossession queue of approximately 70-100 accounts maintaining charge offs at an acceptable rate as determined by management. In the Role Perform and complete skip tracing activities on all assigned accounts to prevent the charge off and company loan loss.
