Job Description Summary Job Description Summary The Aeroderivative Systems Integration Leader (SIL) is a critical role in the systems engineering team to execute package programs in partnership with the cross-discipline engineering team. The SIL may be responsible for a variety of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for the assigned gas turbine generator package including Options, Operability and Product Cost Out (PCO) programs.
