About the job

As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll help new customers get up and running on TUNE and CAKE and build the habits that set them up for long-term success. Working alongside the onboarding team, you’ll guide clients from the sales handoff through training and early adoption, proactively engaging in strategies that support every stage of their customer lifecycle. You’ll start by supporting onboarding projects, then gradually take ownership of your own clients.
