What You’ll Do As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will also work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. By exceeding customer expectations and delivering on Primark’s proposition (maximizing joy at minimum cost), you’ll drive store sales to achieve targets.
