Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations- Coordinate daily driver schedules, routes, and remote shuttling. Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure fleet availability. Monitor driver performance, HOS, and route efficiency. Resolve operational and delivery issues. Maintenance & Compliance- Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and HOS compliance. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs. Review DVIRs and maintain compliance records. Manage Samsara implementation and fleet monitoring.
